Johnny Depp rocked out with his band Hollywood Vampire at the Hellfest Festival in Clisson, France on Thursday as he was seen for the first time since ex-wife Amber Heard finally paid him the $1million she owed following their bitter legal battle.

The actor, 60, oozed confidence on stage as he joined rock legends and bandmates Alice Cooper, 75, Tommy Henriksen, 59, and Joe Perry, 72, of Aerosmith fame.

Johnny, who strummed a selection of pricey guitars, wore a plaid blazer for the perfomance and layered it over a black shirt, rolling up his sleeves to showcase his tattooed arms.

He completed the ensemble with a multi-coloured knitted hat and shielded his eyes behind stylish dark shades.

Johnny styled his long dark tresses loose and accessorised with a string silver necklaces as well as leather bracelets.

Meanwhile Alice strutted his stuff in his iconic stage look with a pair of black leather trousers, shirt and leather gloves.

He also wore a selection of belts around his waist with his hair styled wildly and make-up including lashings of eye-liner.

Johnny, Alice and Joe formed the Hollywood Vampires in 2012, initially performing cover songs to honour rock stars who died in the 1970s.

It comes after thousands of fans sang to Johnny Depp in Romania as the Hollywood star celebrated his 60th birthday last week.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star thanked fans for the ‘beautiful gesture’, adding that it was ‘the largest happy birthday song I’ve ever heard’.

It came as his band The Hollywood Vampires kicked off their European tour in Bucharest, Romania, on Thursday.

A video posted to the band’s Instagram page showed the actor with a hand over his heart, thanking fans and blowing them kisses.

Johnny’s 60th birthday comes just over a year following his victory in his high-profile defamation case with his former wife Amber Heard.
