The famished stray dog had been wandering the streets for days, his stomach growling with hunger. As he stumbled upon an empty outdoor café, he saw an opportunity for a meal.

With a flicker of hope in his eyes, the dog rested his head on a chair outside the café, anticipating someone to offer him food. But the minutes ticked by, and no one seemed to notice him.

As he lay there, his attention was suddenly drawn towards something. A few meters away, he saw a group of people gathering around a man who was performing magic tricks. The dog watched with fascination as the magician pulled a white rabbit out of a hat, and made it disappear in a puff of smoke.

But then, something even more miraculous happened. The magician reached into his pocket and pulled out a piece of meat. With a flick of his wrist, he tossed it towards the dog, who quickly pounced on the tasty morsel.

The dog’s hunger was temporarily satisfied, and he looked up at the magician with gratitude in his eyes. The magician smiled and continued with his show, but the dog remained by his side, hoping for more scraps of food.

As the sun began to set, the magician packed up his tricks and prepared to leave. But before he did, he reached into his bag and pulled out a large bag of dog food. He poured it into a bowl and set it down in front of the dog, who wagged his tail in delight.

From that day on, the dog followed the magician wherever he went, becoming his loyal companion. And although he no longer had to scavenge for food on the streets, the dog never forgot the kindness that had been shown to him when he was at his most vulnerable.
